Since our inception , T.Y.P.E.A. has hosted an annual signature event to show our appreciation to our members and sponsors, celebrate our achievements, and welcome new young professionals into our organization. Whether it's a formal gala, semi-formal gathering, or an exciting party, the signature event always leaves a strong, lasting impression in the young Taiwanese community. In addition to the main event, T.Y.P.E.A. also publishes a magazine containing useful content contributed by professionals in various industries. Content topics are as diverse as our members' backgrounds, ranging from career development to entertainment, and everything in between. An annual orientation B.B.Q. is another popular event among members and guests. In a relaxed yet fun setting, members and guests will have the opportunity to mingle with other like-minded people as well as meet official T.Y.P.E.A. members. T.Y.P.E.A. demonstrates its focus on networking and professional development through these resources that would greatly benefit any new member.
In the past year, T.Y.P.E.A. members have enjoyed the benefits of having professional mentors share their experiences and offer guidance on a regular basis. The mentors that T.Y.P.E.A. partners with are all well respected and highly qualified Taiwanese individuals in their particular career field. T.Y.P.E.A. members also have the opportunity to participate in several professional development seminars throughout the year on interesting and relevant topics such as, "Dress for Success" and "Personal Finance: Your Route to Prosperity." For those members that also enjoy staying active while networking with others, T.Y.P.E.A. also offers weekly golf lessons. Small group sizes consisting of T.Y.P.E.A. members and a professional instructor ensures everyone receives individual attention to sharpen their skills.
